Mustang Foundation Receives Monetary Gift from Farmers State Bank

The Mustang Foundation, Inc. extend their appreciation to recent Final Push donor, Farmers State Bank. At a recent Mustang Foundation, Inc. board meeting, Farmers State Bank representative, Andy Hauber, presented the Mustang Foundation with a monetary donation to the Mustang Foundation’s Final Push Campaign.

Farmers State Bank, locally owned and operated with the same name since 1879, opened doors in Independence this spring. Farmers State Bank offers local service, solid advice, integrity, and experience. Originally specializing in agricultural loans, Farmers State Bank has evolved into a full-service bank offering all the services to that of a corporate bank.

President. “These monetary gifts from local businesses truly enhance the mission of the Mustang Foundation and benefit the extracurricular activities of the Independence Community School District.”

The Mustang Foundation Inc. (Foundation) is a 501 (c) (3) public charity and is qualified by the IRS to receive tax-deductible gifts, bequests, devises or transfers. The Foundation is organized exclusively for the charitable, educational, and scientific purposes which benefit or support extra-curricular activities of the Independence Community School District. A 13-person board appointed in staggered terms by the Independence Community School District Board governs the Foundation.
